Shipping Policy

It will take 1-5 business days to process your order however usually EARLY than expected, regardless of the shipping option selected. The customers should aware that the item going to take around most early 12-25 days to reach to the customers.
Please note there may be shipping delays due to holidays like Thanksgiving, Black Friday & Cyber Monday. We are doing our best to get your orders out as fast as possible. Once you receive your tracking number, it may take up to 5-7 business days for your tracking information to update. Thank you for your patience!

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at huntitemservice@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, we are very sorry no refund or replacement.

Order modification

We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.We are really sorry no refund or replacement will be provided.

Delivered but not delivered

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Full refund

  • Item taking longer than 45 days to reach to the customers
  • Item is broken or wrong size (applicable within 30 days)
  • Customer failure to receive delivery at shipping address and items return to us(lost during delivery)

If the customer using bank transfer or PayPal balance to buy, the money will return back to the customers PayPal balance.
